Hands Off Iran

Early this morning the United States and Israel launched massive attacks against the Islamic Republic of Iran, attempting to assassinate its leaders and force its proud people into submission. Tariq el-Tahrir Youth and Student Network stands in full solidarity with the government, armed forces and people of Iran in resisting this latest imperialist aggression and affirm that no amount of bombs will collapse the Axis of Resistance and they will fail as they did in the 12-day war, as they failed in Lebanon, Yemen and Palestine.
Alongside the martyrdom of officials and members of the armed forces, the US-Zionist aggression has carried out major massacres of Iranian civilians, including at least 15 in a sports centre in Lamerd and more than 50 at a girls’ school in Minab. The only language the imperialists and occupiers speak is indiscriminate violence.
We call for the broadest possible mobilisations around the world to confront imperialism, Zionism and the complicit reactionary Arab regimes as they aim to topple Iran. The US and the criminal Zionist entity are attacking Iran purely because of its uncompromising support for all resistance forces in the region, primarily in Palestine, as well as its refusal to submit to US-Zionist demands regarding its economy, internal affairs and nuclear program.
The raining of blessed missiles over US military bases in Bahrain, Qatar, Iraq, UAE as well as across the full territory of occupied Palestine is a call for all progressive and anti-imperialist forces around the globe to rise up and take their responsibility in organising demonstrations and actions, storming the embassies and using all forms of pressure to halt the aggression and stand side by side with Iran and its people.
